Todd Fitzgerald – Founding Partner

Todd Fitzgerald is a Founding Partner at Half Acre Capital and member of the Investment Committee. Todd has over 20 years of finance and investment experience focusing on structured investments and both non-control and control private equity. During his career, Todd has led multiple investment strategies and operations in numerous industries, including investments in consumer retail and technology companies, along with being a founding partner of Roxo Energy, an alternative asset manager investing in the energy, infrastructure, water, and renewables sectors. Todd started his career as a financial consultant advising on structured finance and risk management. Todd is a graduate of Texas Christian University, having also earned his MBA from Abilene Christian University.

Andy McIntosh – Founding Partner

Andy McIntosh is a Founding Partner at Half Acre Capital and member of the Investment Committee. Before Half Acre, Andy was part of the Special Opportunities Group at ORIX Corporation USA, in charge of leading the Specialty Credit and Alternative Investment strategies that deployed over $500 million of total capital. Prior to ORIX and based in New York, Andy helped build the Leveraged Finance and Debt Capital Markets group at Cowen, focused on multiple sectors including healthcare, TMT, industrials, consumer, and fintech. Andy began his career in the Corporate & Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo. Andy is a graduate of the University of Nevada, having also earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

JW Wilson – Founding Partner

JW Wilson is a Founding Partner at Half Acre Capital and a member of the Investment Committee. Throughout his career, JW has started several successful business ventures including being a founding partner of Roxo Energy, an alternative asset manager investing in the energy, infrastructure, water, and renewables sectors, as well as being a founding partner of Roxo Media House, a diversified content production and broadcasting company. JW is also co-owner of William Campbell Gallery and a founding member of the Fort Worth Contemporary Art Partners. Highly involved with his community, JW is the treasurer of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra and a member of the board at both the Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County and JDRF’s Fort Worth/Arlington Chapter. JW is a graduate of Texas Christian University.
